All orders are shipped Canada Post untracked letterman unless you order Preen Festival feather earrings. All feather earrings are shipped with a tracking number and are insured.

Shipping is $4.00 CAD flat rate for all Wonderland jewellery within Alberta. Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders outside of Alberta. Preen Festival Fashion feather earrings are shipped by tracked Canada Post with insurance. Tracked shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Wonderland will accept return of defective items (broken, problem with finish or quality) within 30 days for exchange or a refund. For for non defective items, Wonderland will accept exchanges within 30 days for any reason. With returns of exchanges, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the postage for the returned item and the exchange item if done via mail. Wonderland doesn’t pay postage. Please contact us to start a return.

Our wholesale minimum order is $250 for initial orders and $150 for subsequent orders. All first time purchases require a 50% deposit with the balance due within 30 days. Our minimum order is 3 per each style for jewellery.

All wholesale orders are shipped with Canada Post for a flat rate of $24.99 CAD.
